1. Interview: While the initial interview concentrates on the scope of the project, mutual introduction and exchange of information, the follow-up consultation accesses details of your lifestyle and preferences. We discuss priorities, time frames, and budget. While maintaining attention to detail, we also focus on the big picture.

2. Agreement: Before any work is begun, it is important to have a written agreement outlining the basic parameters of your project and the associated fees.

3. Planning & Concepts: By analyzing the space, lighting, color, and texture in the designated space, a Design Concept is created and presented for approval. By using photos, floor plans, elevations, and samples, a preliminary plan is completed. With designer and client working as a team, this initial Design Concept is refined and developed into a working master plan. Once the design is approved, furnishings and other materials are ordered and work is scheduled.

4. Project Implementation: Rest assured that your project will be kept on track. Whether remodeling or redecorating, we can manage the myriad of tasks necessary to make your project a success.
